has to be arrested development. that is one of the funniest tv shows. the story lines were well timed, it was intelligent and it kept you thinking. seinfeld is pure class and besides i have a thing for julie louis dreyfuss so enough said

This sounds a little wierd but I think there is something there or someone out there looking out for us. Check this, as you are aware I fractured my wrist on Friday the 13th of July trining with our senior team. Things seemed a little bleak at the time. I was due to make my first start for the seniors in 3 years against another club. The seniors are the best team who play at the top level in the county so it is a huge honour to play for them. Naturally I was bitterally disappointed when I wasnt able to play.

Since then our seniors have been knocked out of the championship, and Ive recovered. Ive done my physio and was even training wearing the cast. There were nights that I threw up on the sideline coz all I did was run and sprint.

So yesterday our second team which Im a member of as well were in a divisional semi final. I played and we won. Were through to the Divisional final. I played well. Mind you I forgot my helmet and was hit in the eye. I didnt need any stitches but my face is a mess. I dont know if it was the ball or the man that was marking me. He was all over my back. i might take a photo and put it up on the photos for the craic.

But the coolest thing is IF I was to play that seior match I would not be allowed to play the junior match yesterday, and I wouldnt be in with the chance of winning a divisional medal OR a county for that matter!!!!

What game are you really good at?

I love hurling, its more a sport than anything else. I take it seriously. As far as a game is concerned Id have to say most card games. I understand the rules of a lot of them and enjoy playing them. In particular Black Jack. Im able to count cards. I saw this documentary on tv last spring and it showed different methods of doing it. I think it was developed in MIT in Boston by a math teacher (is MIT in Boston?). Now Im only able to do it with one deck, Im not that smart!

As you all know I from Ireland and if any of you have been here lately you will notice its a bit on the damp side. Not so much damp but the rain is falling out of the heavens. But loe and be hold we have sunshine today. something we havent seen for over 60 days. Yes thats a zero behind the six.

Some clown in the government decided its wrong to screw customers, its wrong for banks to help people evade tax, so do you know what he does.... HE SETS UP A REGULATOR, whose purpose is to annoy bankers. The make up little rules. We have to jump through hoops for him.

What bearing does this have on me and the weather. I have to go to classes on saturday at 10am and 2pm AND sunday at 10am AND 2pm. My weekend has been ruined. I was going to be doin nothing anyway!

Im ragin, eventhough I wanted to record the cast coming off I wasnt let coz "its against hospital procedure" anyway, thats not my gripe. Im put into a splint and will be out of further action for another 2 weeks. I tried stricking a ball this evening and nearly died with the pain! Thats not like me. I have a high threshold for pain. I CAN take punishment and lots of it!

Folks Ive a quick question, would anyone like to see my cast coming off? I might bring a camera into the surgery with me and I might record it. I need to know by the 21 of this month

We played a challenge match tonight. I couldnt start. Im still in the cast and will be till the 21st. Im ragin I cant do anything. My fitness is fine. im jogging most evenings. Im finding it difficult to do some of the stretches but I dont plan on pullin those muscles. The pace of the game at present is very fast. I dont know if I was out of the cast would I be able for it anyway

Man this is a serious pain in the wrist...get it?? Anyway im goin trainin just watchin, ITS KILLIN ME I CANT TRAIN. To hell with this Im goin to do just the running tomorrow.
